New Nightmares!
We present a spellbinding slew of new films this month, starting with the haunting thriller, Dark Spell, out now on digital, Blu-ray, DVD and on demand. On July 30th, we bring you a new home invasion horror with Masquerade. A young girl must survive the night after a group of intruders break into her family’s home to steal priceless artwork. The thieves will stop at nothing to get what they want until the shocking twist ending. From the producers of Pet Sematary, Insidious and Blair Witch, the film stars Bella Thorneand will be available in select theaters, digital and on demand.
Classic Nightmares!
Classic and beloved horror is plentiful this month, starting with last week’s release of House Of Wax: Collector’s Edition on Blu-ray. The 2005 modern cult classic (a loose remake of the original 1953 Vincent Price film) is now presented in the ultimate release! It features a new transfer of the film plus new interview with Paris Hilton! A Stranger Is Watching (from Sean S. Cunningham, Friday The 13th) is out this week with a new HD film transfer, new commentary and intro and interview with the director. Also this week, Eight Legged Freaks debuts on Blu-ray, featuring a new scan, new interviews with cast and crew, audio commentary and more. The month rounds out with three favorites: David Cronenberg and Stephen King’s The Dead Zone: Collector’s Edition with a new scan, interviews, four commentaries and more; Brotherhood Of The Wolf: Collector’s Edition on a 2-disc set, including the Director’s Cut of the film plus a whole disc devoted to extras including deleted scenes and more; and the ’60s gimmicky cult classic Chamber Of Horrors, also on Blu-ray for the first time!
