Travis the Chimp, a former animal actor that was owned by a Stamford, Connecticut woman, attacked the owner’s neighbor, actually ripping off her face. This caused a new round from concerned groups about the ownership of wild animals by non-trained caregivers. We take a look at this horrendous case and give our thoughts.
